God has purposes for us to fulfil in our lives. He has plans and He needs our cooperation to make sure we experience what He has in mind for each of us. His plans are good and not evil. He has invested a lot of potential in all His creation and our walking with Him will help us discover, develop and deploy the potential that He has invested in us.

We need to know who we are in the realm of the spirit. We will need to cooperate with God through our words, thoughts and actions. There is a growth process and there are phases in our development. Managing each phase, passing the tests that come our way are all involved in becoming who He has plans for us to become.

Romans 8:29-30 (NKJV)

For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

This message will give us insights into how to discover, develop and deploy our potential then how to pass our tests and move successfully through each phase as we grow into becoming all that God has ordained for us to be in Christ.
