Sometimes in life you can experience things which cause a rising up on your inside.  Some people are controlled by certain spirits which cause a collision when you encounter them because of what you carry because the Bible says "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world". When those two forces collide the Greater One subdues the lesser one so the one who carries the greater One needs to arise. Isaiah 60:1 (amplified) says "ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you - rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you! Rise up to who you are in Christ Jesus, to what God has made available to you in Christ, to the new creation that you are!
