In a world of constantly changing values; there are still the unchanging laws of value! Our values have been defined, among other things, as our principles of standards; our judgement of what is valuable or important in life. The value of a thing is in its desirability, usefulness and importance - which can also be very relative and subjective. Though our values many change - and they do change with age, new discoveries, new associations and so forth, the laws of values don't change.
