Returns Policy
We are more than happy to replace damaged or defective products.  Please call +44 (0)1344 844172 with information about the defective item and we will send you a replacement.

Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of us receiving your payment.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. Should you not be, we will refund the full value, or exchange it for goods to the same value.  Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the order date.  We are unable to refund the return postage costs.
