Everything God has created has the potential to grow, to become better, to produce or reproduce others, and so on. What we know and do with these things determines their ultimate outcome. Our minds were created with the potential to become powerful thinking machines for many great things on earth today.
Our personal development, which is a function of the choices we make, has a lot to do with the results we experience in life. Even our muscles and other body parts can develop if we exercise them. The same is true of our leadership development. The potential for leadership is in each of us. We may think of leadership as positional, but its primary definition is in our ability to influence others. Spiritually, we are told that God wants others to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. It will be our ability to influence others that will help us reach them and get them saved and discipled.
